Features
1.preform entry system: Adopt single channel preform entry, servo embryo separation, fast and accurate, effectively solve the problem of wear between stuck preform and bottle preform.
2.Revolution SYSTEM: ADOPT SPECIAL chain, driven by servo motor, make its heating unit smooth in movement, fast positioning, low noise.
3.Heating SYSTEM: USING rotary bottle blowing machine mode heating and conveying, can reduce energy consumption, greatly improve the speed and quality of heating.

4.Mold system: Adopt high pressure mold locking technology, no die swelling phenomenon, and die closing line is thin. The MOLD ADOPTS DRAWER TYPE STRUCTURE AND IS FIXED WITH FOUR PULL RODS ON THE BACK PLATE OF THE MOLD, WHICH CAN BE EASILY REPLACED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.
5.Pulling AND BLOWING system: THE cycle time of one blowing and two blowing can be adjusted, and each pulling rod can be adjusted separately according to different pipe embryos and different bottle types of customers, with high flexibility.

7.Cooling/CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM: A COOLING CHANNEL IS PROVIDED UNDER the HEATING box. When the bottle embryo is heated, the cooling channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube and protect the mouth from deformation. Chilled water to the mold, rapid cooling mold, improve the productivity efficiency of the machine.
